Apprentices may now download Unemployment notification forms and Hourly work progress reports from the website. Simply log in and go to member resources, on that dropdown menu find downloads and the forms are there for you to print and return to the training center. You can either fax them to us or scan them and e-mail to us at opereng@wsopen.org.
